Incredible service! We are convinced that Josh installed NEW carpet in our home! It was definitely worth the wait for an appointment. We now realize why Josh and his company is so busy and popular. We saw a HUGE difference in the before and after of our carpets. I'm so happy we found a company that is very green as we are very chemically sensitive. We also have a toddler with allergies to chemicals. It's nice to know that there were no harsh or smelly chemicals used. Josh was very patient and honest, something very rare to find these days. Highly recommended!

We had Josh come in to do a warranty cleaning (the manufacturer requires a periodic professional cleaning to maintain the warranty). He came in, gave a free estimate, we agreed on the price and he was here just as he promised-not an SOP here in Ukiah. Once he started, he didn't stop until the job was done. Cleaning with just water there was no chemical residue/smell to deal with. Conscientious and considerate. He is a one man operation so communication can be delayed but he always returned our calls promptly. He left an industrial sized blower to dry the carpet. Josh also returned a week later to deal with a particularly hard spot, at no charge. The end result was carpets that could not look newer for being 2 years old. You can do business with confidence.

As a last ditch effort before pulling out the carpets in the 3 small bedrooms I called Carbonated Carpet Cleaning. I thought when he saw the carpets he might even say they were not worth saving but instead today the carpets look almost new. And, as a bonus the process is safe and non-toxic for children and pets. The fee was much less than I expected so I'll have him come back after the rainy season is over. As for Josh, his bubbly personality makes him the perfect front man for a company called Carbonated. A real pleasure doing business with him.
